When I realized the transmission fluid in my 1993 Ford Explorer was extremely low, the local ‘lube company’ referred me to Cottman with a coupon for a free transmission check. Cottman not only ran the free check, but they did it while I waited, and topped off the fluid free of charge. I have no idea how they make any money, but I love the service.
